Getting to Baltimore

By Plane

The Baltimore Washington International Thurgood Marshal Airport (BWI) is the closest airport to downtown Baltimore, approximately 15 minutes, and will serve as the primary airport for conference attendees. However, Baltimore is served by two additional major airports: Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) in Virginia, and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) in Washington DC.

Taxi Service to Downtown Baltimore

From BWI (Maryland) - The taxi stand is located just outside of the baggage claim area of the Lower Level of the BWI Marshall terminal. Cost:  $30-$35 from BWI Marshall Airport to all NAIS conference hotels

From DCA (DC) – The taxi stand is located just outside of the baggage claim area. Cost is approximately $45-$50.

From IAD (Virginia) – This is not the most economical airport to use, to get to downtown Baltimore. However, if you choose to use this airport, you can expect to pay $150+ for taxi service from this hotel. Taxis are accessible immediately outside of the baggage claim area on the lower level.
