Plan Your Experience at the 2023 NAIS Annual Conference

We are excited to be together, in person, at the 2023 NAIS Annual Conference at the Caesars Forum, 3911 Koval Lane in Las Vegas, Nevada. Please note that the Caesars Forum is not connected to the Caesars Palace hotel. See conference hotel information

Programming for all participants begins with a General Session keynote event on Wednesday, February 22, at 4:15 PM PT. There is also optional pre-conference programming earlier in the day on Wednesday, which you can sign up for when you register.

How to Prepare for Your Conference Experience

Here are a few tips to help you make the most of your conference experience:
  • If you are attending for the first time, come to the First Time Attendee Reception on Wednesday, February 22, at 5:30 PM PT.
  • See the schedule at a glance to get a general feeling for the program. Workshop descriptions will be available in early January; browse through them to plan which to attend.
  • Download the NAIS Conferences app ahead of time—it will be available in early February, and you’ll need your unique Registration ID to download the Annual Conference event. This app will give you all the most up-to-date locations, descriptions, and more.

What to Pack

Dress is casual at the conference, and we encourage you to wear comfortable footwear. Typically, weather in Las Vegas in February sees highs of 64 degrees and lows of 41 degrees, so we recommend dressing in layers.

What to Do When You Arrive

You can check in for the conference at Caesars Forum at any time the conference registration kiosk is open: Wednesday, February 22 (7:30 AM–6:30 PM PT), Thursday, February 23 (7:00 AM–6:00 PM PT), or Friday, February 24 (7:00 AM–1:00 PM PT). Please bring your photo ID.

How to Stay Safe and Healthy Before and During the Conference

We’ve put in place several measures to ensure attendees’ safety. Thank you for doing your part as well!

Before you arrive, we encourage you to follow the CDC’s vaccination recommendations. Consider testing for COVID-19 before you travel. If you test positive or feel ill, please stay home or away from the event. Please consider masking while you travel to Las Vegas.
