The 2023 NAIS Annual Conference will be held at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas, Nevada, from February 22-24.

The comfort and well-being of participants at NAIS events is of paramount importance to us. With this being the first in-person Annual Conference NAIS will be hosting since 2020, we are prioritizing registration for NAIS Members and Subscribers, including faculty, administrators, staff, and trustees at NAIS member and subscriber schools and associations.

Group Registration

We encourage teams from schools to attend the conference together and take away shared experiences and knowledge to put to use at your school. In order to receive group discounts, all registrations must be done at the same time. This process is intended for the use of registering a large group with the same payment information. Please see below for more information on group registration

This rate is available only for individuals who serve in a full-time teaching position (and not a dual administrative-teacher role). This rate is for a full conference registration pass (and NOT for one day only).

Rate is per person for 10+ people from one school who all qualify as full-time teachers (who do not hold a dual administrative-teacher role). All registrations must be made at the same time and sent together with one payment.

NAIS Heads' Summit

The Heads’ Summit is an event for sitting heads of school only that will take place at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas before the NAIS Annual Conference. It will begin with a reception on the evening of Monday, February 20, and end on the evening of Tuesday, February 21. More information will be provided soon.

Group Registration Process 

The group registration discount applies to groups of 4+ people from one school/organization. All registrations must be made at the same time and sent together with one payment. 

If you are registering a group of 4-9 attendees, please register through the standard Annual Conference registration platform following this process:
  • First, review your NAIS organization roster and add any individuals you plan to register.
  • Next, log in to the Annual Conference registration site using your NAIS credentials.
  • After entering your personal information as either the contact-only registrant or as an attendee, you may then select the “Add Another Person” button to add a colleague from your school’s roster. 
Groups of 10+ attendees may register using the group form. Please be aware that the group registration form requires NAIS approval, which takes a minimum of three business days to process. If a group form is submitted with fewer than 10 registrants, please allow up to five business days to process (as noted above, we recommend registering groups of fewer than 10 attendees through the standard Annual Conference registration platform). Follow these steps to register a group of 10+ attendees using the group form:
  • Review your NAIS organization roster and add any individuals you plan to register.
  • Once all individuals who will be registered are visible in the NAIS organization roster, download this group registration form.
  • Fill out the form, in its entirety, for all registrants in your group (do NOT leave any required fields empty). Forms will need to be approved by NAIS prior to registering.
  • Once your form is complete, email the form to [email protected] (forms will be processed within three business days if they are >10 and within five business days if they are <10).
  • Once your form is approved, an NAIS staff member will return your approved form with the attached instructions and a direct link to upload your group form, so that you can register and reserve hotel rooms for your group.
  • If any registrants of your group form are not eligible to register, an NAIS staff member will reach out to you directly.
